Pick up your pre-ordered cap and gown at lunch on Monday, April 21 or Tuesday, April 22. If you did not order a gown, you may purchase one “off-the-rack” for $65.  If you have a borrowed gown, you still need to purchase a tassel, medallion, and grad fee for $30.
If you owe money to Herff Jones for any graduation supplies, you must clear your account before you can pick up your cap and gown.

All pre-ordered gowns not picked up on the 21st or 22nd will be stored in the library after that date.  Announcements that have not yet been picked up are also there.  See Ms. Barber or Mrs. McClure for pick-up.

Olympia does not take Herff Jones money.  If you are purchasing after April 22, you may pay by credit card over the phone at 407-647-4373.  Checks or money orders can be mailed to HJ, 112 N. Wymore Road, Winter Park, FL 32789.  They will notify the school that you are paid in full, then we will give you a gown.
